Renowned physicist, Freeman Dyson, has proposed some of the most compelling concepts for space explorations. These range from a theory of life's origins--the "double-origin hypothesis", which posits two separate creatures at the beginning, one replicating and the other metabolizing--to the "Dyson Sphere", an energy collector on a planetary scale. In this three-part interview, he joins Planetary Society Chairman, Bruce Murray, and Executive Director, Louis Friedman, for an informal discussion about interstellar flight.
